What is a Black Wash Finish?
It is quite a new technology used in the game production phase when miniatures are covered by a thin layer of dark color creating a nice contrast on the miniature. It has become popular especially with board games because not every player has tools or time to paint minis by themselves. Black Wash Finish makes minis look much nicer than in plain gray of plastic.
Since this technique is applied in the production stage, we don’t have any photos of our miniatures with the Black Wash Finish. You can check the internet for images for example from Aftermath board game which was published quite recently. Or this guy talking about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqsdUP0IOmE

Does the Black Wash Finish prevent me from painting the miniatures?
Definitely not. You just use any base spray to base your miniature and paint them as usual.

Will Add-ons appear during the campaign?
Yes. We’re working on about 5 to 7 Add-ons (Griffin add-on, Metal coins, Miniature pack, Insert/organizer, Custom dice, Card sleeves.
Add-ons will be revealed in the second half of the duration of the campaign.
We had a plan to prepare it before the campaign but our small team did not make it. :( Sorry and thank you for your patience. :-)

In what LANGUAGES will the game be produced?
At this time, we only anticipate producing the game in English and Czech.
German - Support from Germany is a great one (probably there are also Backers from Austria and Switzerland)! We are nearly at the goal of full localization when we reach $300k in funding and 300+ Backers.
French (France & Canada) - We are nearly at the goal of full localization when we reach $300k in funding and 300+ Backers.
We will create a survey where every Backer will be able to choose the specific language which they prefer for their game. This survey will be shared with you on May 19.
We would like to reassure you that fan-made translations of Rulebook, Appendix, and game components will be available to download and print on our website even if we don’t reach the limit to produce the whole game in a specific language. There are some texts on the components but we are confident it is possible to play the game with the help of the abovementioned materials.
We are in contact with volunteers for rulebook translations to the following languages: French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Czech, German, Greek, Portuguese, and Dutch.

Are RULES available?
Yes, there are English Rulebook and Appendix available in digital format (find the links below). However, be aware that these are Work in Progress. Neither of them is final. They may still be tweaked and changed, layout and graphics may still be altered, and more examples will be added. The final versions will be corrected and proofread by a professional, Paul Grogan (from Gaming Rules!).

What SIZE OF A TABLE do you need?
The table with a size of 1.7-1.9 m by 0.75-0.9 m is enough. The ranges are mentioned because of the number of players. For example, we have a table with a size of 2.0 m by 0.84 m and there is no problem playing the game in 4 players and you still have space for the game box and snacks.

Last Updated At: 07/26/20What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
